1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Preeority ("the Service") at preeority.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Preeority is a web-based workshop and prioritization tool that enables teams to rank items using pairwise comparison and live voting. The Service is provided free of charge during the current phase of development.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the facilitation features of Preeority. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Workshop participants may join sessions without an account. No personal data is collected from participants beyond their voting behaviour within a session.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service
Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in Preeority (lists, tasks, session titles). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content in order to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Preeority available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or suspend the Service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preeority and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your content may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
